Cheryl is the founder of Creative Blueprints LLC, a coaching and training company. Cheryl’s work as Vistage Chair, leadership and business coach, national speaker, entrepreneur, author, and board member has resulted in her recognition as an expert in personal and professional success. She works with successful executives and forward-thinking organizations so they can achieve their fullest potential. Cheryl facilitates exclusive peer advisory group meetings and provides one-to-one coaching. She welcomes people who are driven to succeed and are open to new ideas to help their company grow.

A lifelong learner, Cheryl believes that a well-rounded leader needs many tools in their tool kit. She has achieved not only a solid educational foundation, business acumen, and advanced leadership training, but also has sound experience from the C-suite to the boardroom. Cheryl is certified and licensed to deliver many coaching programs and perspectives, and continues to add new tools that broaden her scope of knowledge on a regular basis.

Cheryl is a graduate of NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a BS in Accounting and holds a MAS with Global Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She obtained advanced training in Executive Philanthropy & Treasury Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Professional Grant Development, Process Improvement & Executive Nonprofit Leadership from Rutgers University and is a graduate of the National Council on Behavioral Healthcare’s Executive Leadership Program. Cheryl has also received advanced training from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), the Graduate School of Coaching, as well as other organizations.

Cheryl currently serves as a Vistage Chair, a BNI (Business Network International) Director Consultant, and Board Member for the New Jersey Mental Health Institute (NJMHI), Declarations, Inc., and Temple Emanu-El of Westfield’s Sisterhood.

Cheryl is the author of many articles and speaks to organizations and individuals across the United States on various topics, including business acumen, relationships, motherhood, leadership, strategic communication and work/life integration. She is the author of the four time award winning book, Love Your Life: Cultivating Your Vision and Tending Your Dreams, co-author of the #1 Best Selling book, Yoga for the Brain – Inspired Wisdom Word Search, and co-author of Live Your Purpose, Love Your Work.

Cheryl is also a mom to two children with over 30 combined severe food allergies and in her spare time, is the founder of The Allergy Ninja which serves as a resource helping families survive and thrive with advocacy, awareness, support, products and recipes.
